浙江大学非传统安全与和平发展研究中心（NTS-PD）简介

浙江大学“非传统安全与和平发展研究中心” （Center for Non-Traditional Security and Peaceful Development Studies，简称NTS-PD），成立于2006年11月，是一个立足中国、面向世界的国际性学术研究和咨询机构。中心拥有研究团队12个，相关研究成员近60名，由“关注人类非传统安全问题并且致力于社会改进和世界和平发展的科学家、人文社会科学学者、企业领袖、政府官员”组成，涉及安全哲学、能源与国家安全、材料与国家安全、化工与安全、经济风险与安全、食品与安全、公共卫生与安全、土地开发与安全、电力与安全、公共危机管理等诸多非传统安全领域的研究。中心同时拥有来自牛津大学、哈佛大学、伦敦政治经济学院、北京大学、清华大学等知名大学教授及相关国际学术机构专家学者所组成的顾问团队。

中心的理念和使命：

• 关注全球问题和人类安全问题；

• 关注国家发展的系统性、长远性问题；

• 关注社会发展中的交叉性、复杂性、前沿性、前瞻性的重大社会经济问题；

• 致力于为各领域的专家学者搭建一个学科群大交叉的平台，进行交叉性的合作研究，从学科导向转向问题导向，在理论和实践上为各类非传统安全问题提供可借鉴、可操作的决策参考，为构建和谐社会与和谐世界作出学界的贡献。

中心的规划和运行：

经过三到五年的建设，努力成为国内非传统安全最主要的数据库、思想库、人才库，成为国际一流的非传统安全研究基地。

Introduction

Founded in November, 2006, the Center for Non-Traditional Security & Peaceful Development Studies (NTS-PD) in Zhejiang University is an international academic study and consultation institute which establishes itself in China but is oriented towards the world. Composed of scientists, humanistic and social science scholars, leaders from enterprises, and governmental officials, who are concerned about non-traditional security issues and devote themselves to social improvement as well as peaceful development of the world, NTS-PD has 60 researchers or so in 12 research groups. It involves such non-traditional security research areas as security philosophy, energy and state security, material and state security, chemical industry and security, economic risk and security, food and security, public hygiene and security, land development and security, electric power and security, public crisis regulation and so on. NTS-PD also has professors from Oxford University, Harvard University, London School of Economics and Political Science, Peking University, and Tsinghua and consultative groups consisting of experts and scholars from international academic institutes related. University

Idea and Mission of the Center：

• Pay close attention to global issues and world security problems;

• Pay close attention to the systematic and long-range development of countries;

• Pay close attention to cross, complicated, leading and foresighted serious social and economic problems in the course of social development;

• Be dedicated to establishing a discipline-cross platform for experts and scholars in various fields to carry out cross study and cooperation.From discipline-orientation to problem-orientation, provide useful decision-making reference for various sorts of non-traditional security problems, both theoretically and practically, for the sake of making contribution to the construction of a harmonious society as well as a harmonious world.

NTS-PD is to become a main database, think tank, and talent bank in the field of non-traditional security in China and a first-rank non-traditional security research base in the world in three to five years.
